Mechatronic design with motor/pump separated by oil chamber and dual seals. Shared shaft ensures compact structure. Multi-protection system for reliable operation.
Key Components:
Signal Cable: Full-protection control cabinet for leak, phase loss, short circuit, overheat, and overload protection.
Motor Stator: Class B/F insulation.
Leak Probe: Detects oil chamber water ingress, triggers shutdown.
Seals: Dual tungsten carbide seals for corrosion resistance and longevity.
Impeller: Single/double-channel for solids handling, anti-clogging.
Pump Body: Hydraulically optimized for efficiency.
Sealing Ring: Replaceable for wear compensation, maintains efficiency.
Built for harsh wastewater environments.

Requirements
Operating Conditions for Sewage Pump Series:
1.Rated voltage: 380V, frequency: 50Hz.
2.Medium temperature ≤40°C, density ≤1,150 kg/m³, pH 5-9.
3.Altitude ≤1,000 meters.
4.Medium viscosity ≤1,000 CP.
5.Must be fully submerged during operation (max. depth: 10m).
6.Main material: cast iron (unsuitable for highly corrosive media).
