The WQK/QG submersible sewage pump with cutting device features extremely strong sewage discharge capacity and excellent cutting performance. It can shred impurities such as long fibers, plastics, paper, straps, cloth strips, straws, and ropes in the sewage before discharging them. Using advanced methods, it is designed with reasonable hydraulic characteristics, enabling the electric pump to operate across the full head range.

The WQK/QG submersible sewage pump with cutting device adopts high-quality cemented carbide, double-end mechanical seals, and skeleton oil seals. The submerged part should not exceed 1/2 of the motor height, and the temperature of the pumped sewage should not exceed 40°C.

Application
The WQK/QG sewage pump with cutting device is mainly used for engineering sewage and domestic sewage, such as:
(1) Used in construction sites, engineering foundation construction, municipal facilities, and waterworks.
(2) Sewage discharge from basements of high-rise buildings, civil air defense bunkers, subways, and other underground layers.
(3) Sewage treatment and circulating water transportation in small and medium-sized enterprises.
(4) Pumping slag slurry in factories and mines such as food, papermaking, brewing, iron and non-ferrous metals, tanning, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and cement plants.
(5) Applications in chicken farms, pig farms, various aquaculture farms, and fish ponds for pumping water to clean ponds, oxygenation, and pumping human and animal manure in septic tanks, etc.
Note: Except for the absence of a cutting device, the main performance and data of WQK are the same as those of the WQK/QG type in internal structure.

Precautions
1.It is strictly prohibited to run the pump with the entire unit exposed above water (even for short periods). Avoid frequent starts/stops to prevent motor overheating and damage.
2.Prolonged pumping of high-sand-content liquids will accelerate wear on the flow components of WQK/QG pumps. For such applications, we recommend our vortex-type submersible sewage pumps.
3.If the pump fails to start, the protector trips, or the fuse blows during operation, immediately disconnect power and check the power supply, protector, and wiring. If external components are normal, the pump may be faulty. DO NOT CONTINUE OPERATION to avoid accidents!
