The BQG series mining pneumatic diaphragm pump is a high-quality positive displacement self-priming pump. Powered by compressed air commonly used in industrial and mining enterprises, it uses air chamber pressure difference to alternately generate suction and positive pressure in the liquid chamber, controlling one-way ball valves for forward liquid flow. With dead-point-free anti-stall design and modular pneumatic pump body fluid section, it solves technical issues like original diaphragm pump valve core misalignment.

Requirements
1.Compressed air for power, pressure should be in the range of 0.2-0.7 MPa;
2.Temperature of conveyed medium shall not exceed 40°C;
3.pH value of conveyed medium should be within 4-10;
4.Diameter of solid particles shall not exceed 6-9mm, with volume concentration ≤2%;
5.Ambient temperature: -20°C to 50°C;
6.Relative humidity: ≤95% (at +25°C ambient temperature);
7.Atmospheric pressure: 80-106 kPa;
8.Suitable for hazardous environments with coal dust and methane gas in underground coal mines, but without corrosive gases that damage insulation.
