The GW pipeline-type high-efficiency non-clogging sewage pump is a vertical single-suction single-stage centrifugal pump. The centerlines of the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal line, and the inlet and outlet flanges are identical, making installation and disassembly extremely convenient. It occupies a small floor area and can be installed in any position of the pipeline like a valve. The pump is directly and coaxially connected to the motor, belonging to a mechatronic product with a compact structure and stable performance. The design of large-flow passage anti-clogging hydraulic components greatly improves the passage capacity of dirt, enabling it to effectively pass fibrous materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

Requirements

1.The ambient temperature for using the pipeline sewage pump shall be ≤40℃, humidity ≤95%, and altitude ≤1,000 meters.

2.The medium temperature shall not exceed 60℃, and the medium specific gravity shall be 1 to 1.3 kg/dm³.

3.The applicable pH range for cast iron materials is 5 to 9.

4.Stainless steel materials can be used for general corrosive media.

5..The ambient altitude shall not exceed 1,000 meters. If the above conditions are exceeded, please specify when placing an order so that we can provide more reliable products.

Features

1.The pump is directly and coaxially connected to the motor, belonging to a mechatronic product with a compact structure and stable performance.

2.The design of large-flow passage anti-clogging hydraulic components greatly improves the passage capacity of dirt, enabling it to effectively pass fibrous materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

3.With a reasonable design and a properly matched motor, it features high efficiency, low noise, and remarkable energy-saving effects.

4.The mechanical seal uses hard and wear-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable and wear-resistant, allowing the pump to operate safely and continuously for more than 8,000 hours.

5.The pump has a vertical structure, with the centerlines of the inlet and outlet on the same horizontal line and the same specifications for the inlet and outlet flanges, making installation and disassembly extremely convenient.

6.It occupies a small floor area, eliminating the need for a machine room and saving a large amount of infrastructure costs. By adding a protective cover to the motor fan end, the entire machine can work outdoors.
