In addition to the supporting electric motors and accessories, the D - series multi - stage centrifugal blowers can also be equipped with a well - developed control system. The D - series multi - stage centrifugal blowers are widely used in fields such as sewage treatment, smelting blast furnaces, coal washing plants, mine flotation, chemical gas production, and vacuum applications. They can also be used to transport other special gases.

Features

1.Compact Structure: Sleek design, high stability, easy installation & maintenance.

2.Stable Operation: Optimized impeller minimizes axial force. Dynamically balanced impellers ensure smooth running with bearing amplitude ≤0.04mm (no dampers needed).

3.Low Noise: No mechanical friction. Rational blade profiles reduce noise. High-frequency noise is easily blocked by obstacles, making it nearly silent outside the blower room.

4.Oil-free Design: Grease-lubricated bearings (3+ years life). No oil gas emission. Special models use molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease.

5.Impeller: Special composite profile reduces internal leakage, boosts volumetric efficiency.

6.Easy Adjustment: Inlet butterfly valve for flow; outlet valve for pressure.

7.Drive Options: 2-pole asynchronous motor (standard), 4-pole motor available. Voltage customized per grid requirements.

8.Sealing: Labyrinth seals between stages, casing ends, and impeller inlet (except ring) prevent gas leakage.

9.Cooling: Exhaust bearing housings with air/water cooling. Compression raises exhaust casing temp; cooling extends bearing life.

10.Temperature Alarm: PT100-connected control box triggers alarm when bearing temp exceeds set value.

11.Transmissions: Coupling, belt, or gearbox drive. Selected per equipment & process needs.

Structure

Smooth operation: The absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without vibration.

Leak-proof: Hard alloy seals of different materials ensure no leakage during the transportation of various media.

Low noise: The water pump supported by two low-noise bearings runs smoothly, with basically no noise except for the faint sound of the motor.

Low failure rate: The simple and reasonable structure, with key components using first-class international quality accessories, greatly improves the trouble-free operation time of the whole machine.

Convenient maintenance: Easy replacement of seals and bearings.

Space-saving: The outlet can face left, right, or upward, facilitating pipeline layout and installation to save space.
