S-type horizontal double-suction pump features long service life, high efficiency, rational structure, low operation cost, and easy installation/maintenance compared to similar pumps. Ideal for fire protection, air conditioning, chemical, water treatment, and other industries. Inlet/outlet flanges on lower pump body enable rotor removal without pipeline disassembly for convenient maintenance. Double-flow channel design in some casings reduces radial force to extend mechanical seal and bearing life.

Features

Split-case pumps consist of pump casing, cover, shaft, impeller, seal ring, shaft sleeve, bearing and sealing components. The shaft uses high-quality carbon structural steel, others are mainly cast iron. Impeller, seal ring and shaft sleeve are vulnerable parts.

Materials: S-type double-suction centrifugal pumps can be made of copper, cast iron, ductile iron, 316/416 stainless steel, duplex steel, Hastelloy, Monel, titanium alloy, Alloy 20, etc., per user requirements.

Rotation: Viewed from motor end, counterclockwise rotation has suction left/discharge right; clockwise has suction right/discharge left.
