Air Suspension Blower

The air suspension blower is a centrifugal fan. When its rotor rotates at high speed, dynamic pressure is generated between the rotor and foil bearings, forming a high-pressure air film to levitate the rotor. With passive oil-free air suspension bearings, it needs no lubrication system, featuring a simple and precise structure.

Derived from aircraft turbine engine technology, its core technologies are air suspension bearing, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and its control system. Air suspension bearings use air as the medium, with elastic flat foils (top foils) as support surfaces and wave foils as support components.
