IS and IR Series Horizontal Single-stage Single-suction Clean Water Centrifugal Pumps

These pumps are upgraded versions of BA, BL, and other single-stage clean water centrifugal pumps, featuring:

Optimized hydraulic performance across the series, offering a wide selection range and easy maintenance.

Efficiency and suction lift meeting international average standards.

Suitable for industrial and urban water supply/drainage, agricultural irrigation/drainage, and transporting clean water or liquids with similar physical/chemical properties (temperature ≤80°C).

Features

1.Designed per ISO2858, consists of casing, cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, etc.

2.Back pull-out structure allows maintenance without disassembling pipelines/motor—remove coupling to service rotor.

3.Casing forms working chamber; rotor includes impeller, shaft, bearings; suspension bearings bear radial/axial forces.

4.Most impellers have front/rear sealing rings and balance holes; omitted for low axial force models.

5.Axial seal with packing gland/ring prevents leakage. Vacuum suction ports use packing ring fed by casing pressure water; non-balanced impellers skip packing rings.

6.Shaft sleeve with O-ring protects shaft at packing cavity.

7.Driven by extended flexible coupling; clockwise rotation from drive end.
